This is a second pair of Apples earbud headphones for me and I am very satisfied with them. After long use (and some abuse) my first pair finally gave out so I purchased a different brand...that pair lasted a few months. So I'm back to these earbuds and am again enjoying clear sound with great noise cancellation...very useful if you mass commute to work. I use these not only with my mp3 player but also laptop and phone. Great item for the price. Would recommend.

It solved my problem. As a drummer, wanted to listen to the metronome "click" while playing; it had to cancel some of the outside noises while holding on to my ears for an affordable price. That it did. As far as quality is concerned it has some fairly decent bass (when is put in the right way) and not bad clarity. Better than some of the Sony's for the same price.

Received them fairly fast.

These Apple headsets are not any longer available in the Apple stores. They used to be rally nice and had a great sound. I am glad some people still have this model. The purchase experience was great. I am planning to buy another set before they all are gone.
