This is a good product. As soon as you plug it into the USB port (which is how you charge the battery too), there is a pop up menu asking what you want to do. I filled it up with my favorite songs in a few minutes using the windows media player. The radio part gets good reception (even in a factory). I took it on vacation and it was perfect on the plane, it fit in my pocket and kept me entertained during the whole flight.

Very good audio quality, FM is good as well. The directions or owner manual leave a lot to be desired. Video is a BIG chore, this is where they need more improved instructions. I like this player and eventually will get to load video on it.
